Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges & Store Credit will be accepted within 10 days of the purchase. To be eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit, the following conditions must be met:

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Send Back an Item
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the Exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.
